1. The sign is leased and to be returned, via csbohomes.com pick-up. Notify when your home is sold, taken off the market, or listed with an agent, and we will schedule a pick-up.
2. Be aware that signs that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or not made available for pick up will be charged $80 for the replacement of the sign.
3. No properties are to be listed with an agent while listed on Csbohomes.com.
4. Listings are non refundable and non-transferrable.
5. Chicago Southland By Owner is not held accountable for any injury resulting from the placement or actual physical yard sign.
6. Chicago southland by owner is not to held accountable for listing errors and it should be known that if know of an error, please let us know, alternatively if you are the seller you may log into your account at any time and make necessary changes.
